| Steve Faint
studied Fine Art at Norwich School of Art and Design,
after two years at Waltham Forest College, achieving his
B.A. (Hons.) in Fine Art (Painting) in 1999. The sheer
vibrancy and dynamism of Steve's paintings attract comment
whenever exhibited.
His degree show was selected to receive a corporate
prize for outstanding potential, and Steve was further
selected by Anglia Television to demonstrate the techniques
of Jackson Pollock during a popular arts programme.
His first commercial exhibition was held at Frames of
Norwich, from which he established several local collectors
of his ethereal oil paintings. The exhibition, entitled
"Part of a Bigger Picture" went on to the
Changing Room Gallery in London, where Steve again received
an enthusiastic response to his unique work.
During September 2001, Steve Faint was selected by
Deloitte & Touche Switzerland, to take part in their
40th anniversary exhibition of British Contemporary
Art at their headquarters in Zurich. |
