Jacqui Fenn was born in Norwich in 1967 and had no formal art training in school.

Her creative instinct was however nurtured in her own time and she chose not to attend art school but instead completed a degree in languages.
Jacqui followed a career in teaching for 8 years in Barcelona, Spain and it was during this period there that she attended La Massana school of art and completed her training in fine art.

Inspired by her vibrant surroundings Jacqui began to dedicate more time to painting and eventually returned to Norwich in 1998 where she established her studio at the Jade Tree in Elm Hill. She works full time at Elm Hill and exhibits her work there on a permanent basis.
