| David Jones
was born in Oxford in 1941. He studied art at the Berkshire
College of Art, the Camberwell School of Art and the University
of Newcastle.
The early part of David’s career was spent teaching.
He subsequently spent 30 years as a museum curator,
holding posts at the Salford Museum and Art Gallery
(Departments of Art & Folk Life), the Kidderminster
Art Gallery & Museum and the Bewdley Museum before
becoming the Keeper of Social History for the Norfolk
Museums Service.
Since retiring David has painted full time. |
