and his team of trained craftsmen have been making handmade
furniture at their workshop at Manor Farm, Thurgarton
in Norfolk for many years.
All pieces are made using solid wood throughout. Oak,
Elm, Ash, Wild Cherry, Yew, Tiger Oak and Walnut are
some of the woods used. Features include chestnut lined
drawers and panelled backs. Commissions are very welcome.
Around eight years ago Charles established his own
small woodland, a project he hopes will expand over
time. Charles sees woodland as a common heritage shared
and enjoyed by the owner, wildlife, walker and passerby.
He hopes that the planting he does today will give joy
now and in the years ahead. |
